For Patients Discharged from ER Facilities in Mecca: ElderSafe AIoT extends its critical support to patients who have recently been discharged from ER facilities in Mecca. By equipping these individuals with our solution, we provide essential post-discharge monitoring, including vital signs tracking and immediate access to emergency assistance. This crucial support allows them to recover more securely and independently, reducing the risk of re-admission and offering reassurance to both patients and their families during a vulnerable time.
